SQUARE File By Mail (FBM) module automatically files the emails to the corresponding folders when users send or receive emails. Users do not need to do the tedious filing operations, such as copying or exporting emails, searching the folder, indexing the email, etc. FBM will file and index the emails during their transmission.

In addition, FBM also helps users file the attachments from their Windows Explorer or desktop to SQUARE folders without the launch of SQUARE client.
